They are the best!!
Customer service, prices, quality of hot tubs and assistance has been great. Ryan and other workers has assisted my each time I walk in the door. Very informative and told me what to look for when comparing other spa’s. Once I went back to the 3 other stores and compared insulation, warranty and other factors…there was no question of where to purchase mine at. They went above and beyond to make sure of customer satisfaction.
I was looking between 3 other places until I stopped by Leisusre Time on I-35, and they filled me in with so much more than others did, that I didn’t need to go anywhere else.
Financing and paperwork took almost 3 minutes. When you deal with the quality of employees and equipment they carry, you won’t find a better place in this Central Region of the States.

I can’t say enough how much I love them! Been with them I think 15 yrs. They solve any problem I’ve had, and there’s been alot! They talk me me through problems over the phone if possible. I cracked the fitting on my filter, took it in, they fixed it for a very reasonable price. They keep records so they know what parts fit your needs. LOVE This place!

In this time of isolation, they have delivered supplies to our home, made repairs to our system, and recommended a service company for pool maintenance. Last year we were looking for a hot tub 2 to 3 person. We looked locally but they were trying so hard to sell us a 4 to 6 person tub. We loaded up made the 100 mile trip to Oklahoma City went to one that is advertised on TV and they were alittle pushy as well. Drove to Liesure Time and Jordan took us back listened to what we were wanting and showed us 3 hot tubs that fit what we were looking for. We narrowed it down to 2 and he suggested the one we could use a 1 step or just flat out step over into it. Seeing not far from retirement we decided on the that one so we weren’t climbing steps to get in.
When its time to clean and change filters we always make the trip back down to pick up our supplies. Everyone there is always so helpful in getting us what we need. Had water issues 1 time called Jordan and he was able to tell me what I needed to do to get it right again. Strongly recommend Liesure Time Pools and Spas.
